Holiday Toy Sale
Great news! The Spring Chicken is having a Holiday Toy-Only Sale. Here is the information you need to know:
Dates & Times:
- Friday, November 11, 2011 from 7 PM to 10 PM
- and Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 8 AM to 2 PM
- There will be a half price sale on all items between Noon and 2:00 PM on Saturday
Location:
Armenian Martyrs Congregational Church, 100 N Edmonds Ave, Havertown, PA
Consignor info:
You can drop off your items either:
- Thursday evening, November 10 from 6:30-9:30 PM
Consignor and volunteer pre-sale:
- Friday, November 11, from 6 PM - 7 PM
Note: All battery operated toys must have working batteries. DVDs and books accepted, no stuffed animals.
Differences between this sale and a regular Spring Chicken sale:
- All items consigned will go half price between Noon and 2 PM on Saturday. If you do NOT want your items to go half price, you must put a Red Star on the back of your tag.
- There is no organized pick up of unsold items, all items should be white tagged for donation to charity. If you wish to pick up your unsold items, you may come between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM on Saturday, November 12 and select your own items that you wish to reclaim from the tables. Everything else left at 2:30 PM will be donated to charity.
- Volunteer shifts for higher consignment percentages are only 2 hours instead of 3
- We accept books, games, ride ons, bikes, dvd’s, and toys of all kind at the toy sale! We will also accept holiday dress clothes in sizes 3 month – size 16, and dress shoes. No other types of clothing will be accepted. No baby equipment, strollers, etc. will be accepted at this sale. Save those items for the Spring/Summer sale!
